All those who have passed cms ed course and are doing medical practice any where in India but have not yet registered as a medical practitioner should registered immediately because doing medical practice without registration is against the established rules.

Eligibility : Any Practitioner having at least 3 years experience. CMS ED Diploma / Rural Doctors.

General Information
The complete application form along with Self attested xerox copy of 10th certificate, cms ed certificate, Experience Certificate, Address proof, Aadhaar Card, one passport size photograph, and total fees in form of Demand Draft (DD) in favour of “Public Health Education Council” Payable at Delhi, should reach to Public Health Education Council within the stipulated Date.
